The art of architecture from ancient to present and future is always reflected in the variation of the rich and diversified types. The new material, new material has created new aesthetic values. The trend of contemporary Vietnamese architecture

The tendency to compose today can be divided into two trends: Simple Modernism and Local Modernism.

Simple Modernism simply reflects the architectural form with modern technology solutions, demonstrating the latest technical capabilities in the field of steel structure, glass, concrete. High-tech trends

The architectures are spreading wider and higher. With the development of both height and aperture in contemporary architectures, the special High-Tech trend has landed in the modern house Vietnam. This super-high-rise building, this complex requires large space to apply modern construction technology.

High-Tech as an expressive language for visual perception with vertical or horizontal shapes, high-end materials are used extensively in facades. This trend is often applied to super-high-rise buildings such as offices, apartment complexes or airport terminals.

New expression trends

Parody tendency

The trend of parody, which is mainly parody of French architecture. French architecture is considered part of the architectural heritage in central Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and many other cities in Vietnam. Much of the parody today focuses on neo-classical and French-style buildings, which you still can see in so many Vietnam contemporary architecture works.

The neoclassical tendency is used for the design of public offices and some villas of the rich do not interfere with the natural landscape of Vietnam. Delineating modern architectural trends is not an easy task because of the linguistic complexity of the same author. The economy is on the rebound and experts predict that the architectural style in the world will tend to be less flashy and become more practical as the demands of life.

Delineating the schools or trends in composition in architecture, especially Vietnam modern architecture, has never been an easy task because of the linguistic complexity of the same author, works are very popular in modern architecture not only in Vietnam but also on the global scale. Therefore we do not need to separate them clearly, we just have to pick one of our favourite, and make it comfortable for you mind.
