4Voice Purchase of nexVortex’s Hosted Voice Business a ‘Win-Win’ for Partners
As a result, 4Voice will continue to support and maintain nexVortex’s hosted voice business solutions. 4Voice also is acquiring nexVortex’s entire hosted voice team to ensure a “seamless” transition for customers and channel partners, the company said.
The acquisition grows 4Voice’s cloud services business and allows nexVortex to focus resources on its rapidly growing managed SIP trunking business.
Amruth Laxman, 4Voice’s CEO and founding partner, tells Channel Partners the acquisition of nexVortex’s hosted voice business is a “win-win for all of our partners.”
“For current 4Voice partners, the acquisition will create new sales opportunities and expand their geographical reach,” he said. “nexVortex partners will also benefit from new sales opportunities as well as additional back office resources, 24/7 monitoring and enhanced support.”

By acquiring nexVortex’s hosted voice business, “we’re combining the strengths of both companies’ offerings, all to the benefit of customers and partners,” Laxman said.
“This will result in a wider range of services for our partners’ clients, as well as an expanded and dedicated team that exclusively works with these clients for onboarding and support,” he said. “We are a channel-centric company, focused on providing our customers and partners with best-in-class VoIP solutions. Future channel-sourced growth as well as additional master agent partnerships will support this mission.”
For more than 13 years, 4Voice has been serving the telecom needs of SMBs across all major industries including health care, financial services, legal, retail and hospitality.
“We appreciate the trust that our hosted voice customers have placed in us over the years,” said Wes Rogers, nexVortex’s COO and founder. “Our culture of delivering ‘uncommon service’ will be continued by 4Voice and combined with an impressive set of business solutions that I know customers will value.”
